On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.
This decision is good news for men’s health …. Erectile dysfunction can be a debilitating condition, so it’s important men feel they have fast access to quality and legitimate care
Dr Laura Squire, MHRA’s Chief Officer for Healthcare, Quality and Access
Unfortunately, there is a strong black market in the UK for ED medicines, which are often unlicensed or counterfeit. UK Border Force and the MHRA seize millions of pounds of these fake products from criminals annually. This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.
Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.
Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.
Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.
Dr Fox welcomes the wider access to ED medication for men that Cialis Together classified as a ‘P’ OTC medication will provide. We at Dr Fox are aware of the difficulties men have in discussing ED with their GPs and in accessing ED medication. We know that Cialis is effective and safe for most men and this change provides another option for obtaining ED treatment. Pharmacists are health professionals who are able to give ED advice but they will also know when to refer men who would benefit from a doctor’s assessment. ‘P’ medicines can also be supplied on prescription, and we will offer Cialis Together, when available, alongside our other competitively priced ED products.

There are, of course, other benefits to having had a sex teller service available to you, but many men have been able to find a ways around their prescription ‘sexual activity’, and with the use of sex-management techniques it can be very difficult to ‘maintain’ sexual activity.

Dr Naveen Kumar Patel, 37, was found guilty of purchasing fake prescriptions for the medication, fake erectile dysfunction drug sildenafil, from a drug store in Nagpur in February this year.
The court found Patel, from Nagpur, with the intent to sell drugs at the drug store and not to buy Viagra.
The court heard Patel had bought erectile dysfunction drug sildenafil from a drug store in Nagpur in March last year, and the drug had not been authorized for sale by the Food and Drug Administration.
When the pharmacy was raided by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Patel was found with fake prescription drugs and counterfeit Viagra.
He was also found with a fake credit card used by Indian firm All India Trading Limited, and a fake bank account used by All India Bank and Bank of New Delhi.
Patel was also found to be a person who had paid for the purchase of fake medicines. His company All India Trading Limited has been involved in making a fake Viagra in the past year.
Patel, who was found to be a pharmacist at the drug store, had an address in the city of Nagpur, and he worked as a sales representative for All India Bank. He was also employed by All India Trading Limited.
The court heard that Patel was a pharmacist at All India Trading Limited who had worked at the drug store and had worked for All India Bank. The drug store had a pharmacist on staff who was also a member of All India Trading Limited.
A doctor at the drug store told the court that Patel had obtained a prescription from All India Bank which had been approved by the FDA in 2003 and the doctor had prescribed the medication to a man who had suffered from erectile dysfunction.
The court heard Patel had told doctors to have him fill out a questionnaire on a regular basis and have the drugs dispensed.

The federal authorities are warning Canadians to buy their prescription drugs online. They will not allow anyone to buy fake Viagra or other erectile dysfunction treatments from Canadian online pharmacies.
If anyone has bought fake Viagra or any other erectile dysfunction treatment from Canadian online pharmacies, they can face fines of up to $100,000 and up to $1 million. The government says it has also warned about online pharmacies offering fake versions of prescription drugs.
In addition, the federal government has warned that the online drugstore industry may sell fake versions of its erectile dysfunction drugs. The drug industry says the sale of these drugs is illegal in Canada.
The federal government says it has also warned about online pharmacies selling counterfeit drugs. In fact, the Health Minister, Stephen Harper, has previously stated that he would not allow the sale of counterfeit drugs. However, the government says it has warned against the sale of fake Viagra or other erectile dysfunction treatments from online Canadian pharmacies.
Last week, the Canadian International Pharmacists Association (CIPA), a Canadian trade association, launched an online search for Canadian pharmacies offering fake Viagra or other erectile dysfunction drugs. CIPA was established in 2005 and has since been working with Canadian companies to market their drugs.
The search was undertaken by Canadian companies, who said that they had found a variety of counterfeit Viagra, including the drugs that the federal government has warned about.
The search also included a list of websites that claim to sell Viagra, including Canadian online pharmacies.
The search also included Canadian online pharmacies that claim to sell Viagra, including Canadian pharmacies that claim to sell Viagra, including Canadian online pharmacies. Canadian companies say they have made a number of false claims to the Federal Drug Administration.
The government says it has also warned about online pharmacies offering counterfeit Viagra or other erectile dysfunction treatments.
The government said it is currently working with Canadian companies to sell their drugs to consumers and is in contact with Canadian companies. The government says it will make a decision on whether or not to allow the sale of fake drugs.
CIPA Vice President of Consumer Affairs and Consumer Affairs David Rother, a spokesperson for the Canadian International Pharmacists Association, said that the federal government “offers Canadian customers and professionals with the most up-to-date information” about the industry and that they are “well-prepared to take this seriously.”
The Canadian International Pharmacists Association is a trade association representing Canadian pharmacists and pharmacists in the country. It is notifying Canadians of its work on this issue. Canadian pharmacists have been advised to contact their local pharmacists for advice.
Canadian pharmacies are also working with other pharmaceutical companies to help with the online sale of counterfeit drugs. Canadian companies have made claims to the FDA that the online drugstore industry may sell fake versions of prescription drugs.
In addition, Canadian drugmakers are working with manufacturers to make more money from the sale of fake medications. Some of these companies have also been involved in the online market, which can lead to higher prices for the drugs they sell. The federal government says it has also warned about the online drugstore industry selling fake drugs.
VIDEOIn addition, the Canadian International Pharmacists Association has worked with manufacturers to promote their products and to ensure that they comply with international regulations and laws.
In addition to the government warning, the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) has warned about the online pharmacies offering fake drugs. The Federal Drug Administration has warned about the online pharmacies selling fake drugs.
The FDA has not received any response from Canada, so the FDA is not making any further updates about the online drugstore industry. The agency is working with manufacturers to ensure that the online drugstore industry is safe and secure. The FDA has also warned about the online drugstore industry.
The Federal Government is also working with Canadian drugmakers to ensure that they have the information they need to make informed decisions about their products.
